30 days from delivery. Unopened products in original packaging. We cover the return label.

Get your label
We send you a prepaid return label by email — usually within a few hours. Print it or show on your phone.
Drop it off
Pack the products in their original packaging, attach the label, drop at any pickup point of the courier.
We refund
Once we receive it (3-5 days), we issue a refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Damage, subscriptions, and timing.
We replace it.
Email us a photo of the damaged package along with your order number. We send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the damaged one.
