02When these terms apply

These terms and conditions apply to:

• Every offer we make on fzzt.nl
• Every order you place through our website
• Every subscription you start with us
• Any agreement that arises from your interaction with our service

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If we deviate from these terms in writing for a specific order, that written agreement takes precedence.

03Prices and payment

All prices on fzzt.nl are shown in euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout, calculated based on your delivery destination.

Payment methods

We accept:

• iDEAL
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bancontact (Belgium)
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the moment of ordering. For subscriptions, payment is processed automatically before each scheduled delivery.

Pricing changes

We reserve the right to change prices, but any change applies only to future orders — never to subscriptions or orders already placed at the previous price.

04Ordering and confirmation

An agreement is formed once you complete checkout and we send you an order confirmation email. Until that email is sent, no agreement exists.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

• Stock unavailability
• Errors in product information or pricing
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Failed payment authorization

If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.

05Delivery

We aim to ship every order within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times depend on your destination:

• Netherlands: 1-2 business days
• Belgium: 2-3 business days
• Germany: 2-4 business days
• Rest of EU: 3-7 business days

The maximum statutory delivery time is 30 days from the order date. If delivery is delayed beyond this period, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, see Section 07 (Warranty) for what to do.

06Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.

Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• You bear the responsibility for any decrease in value if you've handled the products beyond what is necessary to inspect them
• The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the order

How to withdraw

Email hello@fzzt.nl with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We'll send you a prepaid return label within a few hours. You then have 14 days to ship the products back.

We refund the full purchase price (including original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice — but we may delay the refund until we've received the returned products. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been opened, used, or are sealed for hygiene/health reasons once unsealed
• Products that are personalized or customized

07Warranty

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty under Dutch consumer law. This means the products must:

• Match the description on our website
• Be free from manufacturing defects
• Perform as a reasonable consumer would expect

If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or doesn't match its description, contact us at hello@fzzt.nl within a reasonable time after discovery (ideally within 14 days). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Send a photo with your message — it helps us resolve the issue faster.

08Subscriptions

Our subscription service delivers FZZT products on a recurring schedule (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months) at a 15% discount.

Starting a subscription

You can start a subscription at any time during checkout by selecting a recurring option instead of a one-time purchase. Your first delivery is processed immediately; subsequent deliveries follow your chosen interval.

Managing your subscription

You have full control through your account page. You can:

• Skip the next delivery
• Pause indefinitely
• Change the interval (e.g., from monthly to every 2 months)
• Update your shipping address or payment method
• Cancel at any time

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by emailing hello@fzzt.nl. There's no notice period and no fees.

Cancellation takes effect immediately. If a delivery has already been processed (charged and shipped), it will still be sent — but no future deliveries will follow.

09Liability

FZZT products are designed to be safe when used as instructed. We are not liable for damage caused by:

• Improper use of the product (such as combining with other drain cleaners or chemicals)
• Ingestion of the product (these are for drains, not consumption)
• Use on systems or surfaces the product is not intended for
• Failure to follow the instructions on the packaging

Our total liability for any direct damages arising from the use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question, except where Dutch law provides otherwise (e.g., in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence).

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

10Complaints

Not satisfied? We want to know.

Email hello@fzzt.nl with a clear description of your complaint. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and to resolve the issue within 14 days.

If we can't resolve it together

If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the option to:

• Submit your complaint to the Dutch Disputes Committee (Stichting Geschillencommissies voor Consumentenzaken) at degeschillencommissie.nl
• Use the European ODR portal for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

You also have the right to bring legal action in the competent court.

11Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from agreements covered by these terms will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
